Client feedback

Recently Craig and I completed post production on Mark and Brenda's wedding video. We were surprised and delighted when Brenda stopped by with 2 amazing gift bags for us and a beautiful bunch of flowers. Brenda and Mark are one of the nicest couples that we have ever met and were speechless at their kindness.

Here is a transcribe of what the lovely couple wrote in the card

We received this lovely feedback from Simon and Novia 2 months ago and I've been meaning to share their beautiful words with you all. I've only just had the opportunity to re visit our blog so I apologise for the lack of updates. Simon and Novia's wedding was held in October last year and it was a small and intimate gathering. Simply beautiful.
I've just finished watching your work and I've been left speechless.
It's taken me a couple of stiff drinks and excited glances at my lovely wife in order to compose myself and prepare to get all gushy.
What can I say? Is it the clarity, the fantastic editing, the flawless coordination? It's such a marvelous, professional piece of work. It's so much more than we had hoped for and I think Novia and I are both gearing ourselves up to show it repeatedly to all of our friends.
Our wedding day was such a blur for us both. To look at it all again and share these moments has been a very special emotional experience.

Dear Craig and Kristen.

Wow! How quickly time goes by! It's so very hard to believe that a whole year has gone by since our most wonderful wedding day last November.

Given the time that has gone by, we felt it a good time to write (finally!) and say thank you so so so much for your beautiful capturing of our wedding celebrations. Everyone that shares our video with us is just amazed and so complimentary on your “videoing” abilities! We must say we agree!

The “whole” version, the 45 minute version and even the highlight clip are just AMAZING! You both have such wonderful talents in being able to do what you do! WE waited (sometimes we even waited patiently!) for the video and the excitement just kept building up and boy we weren't disappointed! Thank you so very much for giving us such beautiful memories of our special day!

"Our wedding video was absolutely amazing. Like a movie about us! So professional. Most people expect a wedding video to be basic and just a way to capture the day exactly as it happened. Pretty much like a home movie with music. But you guys just blow wedding videos out of the water. Everyone who has seen our video is amazed. Totally worth the wait!"

Feedback to melt our hearts :)

After a long hard day recently, which involved software crashing and Kristen yelling at the monitors, we were absolutely delighted to receive the following feedback out of the blue from one of our past brides. We shot Peter and Zoe's wedding in October last year and they hadn't had a chance to give us any written feedback as yet.

Zoe is actually the current face of our business featured in the top header and on our current business cards. She is a naturally stunning woman however herself and Peter were very nervous about being videoed on their day, which is a very common concern to couples.

This email really touched us and every time Kristen reads it she still gets teary. Thank you Zoe and Peter for taking the time to make us smile.

Hi Kristen & Craig,

We have been meaning to get back to you with an email to thank you for our amazing wedding video. We know we have told you verbally how amazed we were with the final product but we just wanted to put it down on "paper" for you both.

We can't even truly describe the emotions we felt when we first put the DVD on ... As soon as it began, even when we saw the titles with our names, we were honestly blown away! To have our whole day preserved in such a beautiful & professional way, is honestly the best gift we could ever have received. You captured every moment of our our day & we are so very happy that we have it to look back on for many years to come. You both have an amazing ability & gift to capture the true emotion & love between two people & then present it in a video form. Lovely Feedback

We received this beautiful feedback from Scott and Shaye who recently collected their wedding DVD's from us. This wonderful couple made our day when they turned up at our house with a big bunch of flowers, a box of chocolate and a beautifully written card. It makes the many long days spent on a wedding film so worthwhile and reminds us why we love what we do.

Scott and Shaye really were a great couple to work with. So natural and loving it really made our job very easy. We were so pleased that we were able to get to know them well as we shot a Love Story (Pre wedding shoot) with them prior to their wedding day.
