Birth of Nate James Turner

At 12:25 am on 8th March 2011 weighing 3.8kg (8lb 6oz) Kristen and I (Craig) welcomed our son Nate James Turner into the world. We do thank everyone for their patience with the disruption in getting in touch with us, as we did take a couple of weeks off just to settle our new arrival in at home. However we are now back in action ;-)

For those who were wondering yes, of course a tribute video is in the making. We are going to put something together in our (now very limited) spare time which we will post on facebook and on our blog in coming months. Just a few pics for your interest:

The wedding of Adam & Elizabeth 3rd December 2010

We were lucky enough to be part of Adam & Elizabeth's wedding down south in Pemberton last weekend. Such a beautiful location, I had never been to Karri Valley Resort before.

Unfortunately the rain was a bit of a pain but cleared up enough for the amazing Natasja from NK Photography to set up some lovely photos.

Adam & Elizabeth were so gorgeous together obviously very much in love. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your special day.

It was Craig and my 6 year anniversary on the 4^th of December so we decided to make a little holiday out of our stay. My parents, sister and nephew all came along. Here are a few holiday snaps.

We are pregnant again!

Craig and I are thrilled to announce that we are pregnant with baby number 2! I am currently 18 weeks pregnant and due on the 17th March 2011. Thank you to all those who have given us their well wishes so far. We will be finding out the sex of the baby next week, so watch out for updates :)

Chayce's Baptism

Recently my gorgeous nephew Chayce (and now Godson) was baptised. Here are a few pics from the lovely, intimate day.

Chayce loved having the water poured over his head, he wanted to get in and have a swim!




Jas dressed up for her cousin's baptism. She's not thrilled about not being allowed to run around the church.

Here is Chayce opening up the present we got him. Even at this age he loooves presents!

Behind the scenes

This is our first ever behind the scenes footage of Craig and myself shooting a wedding. This wedding was Kate & Tom's on the 29th December 2009. We hope you enjoy seeing us work!

Melbourne Holiday Feb 2010

Last week we went on a family holiday to Melbourne. It was a great time for us to catch up with my extended family and for Jasmine to meet her Great Grandma for the first time. Here is my Grandma singing Greek nursery rhymes to Jasmine.


We were lucky enough to see the Chinese New Year display at the Crown Casino. It was pretty spectacular!

We went through a little maze while on top of Mt Dandenong. Here is my mum and Jasmine trying to find their way out!



Jasmine loved exploring all the sights and it was fun for us to see her experiencing it all. I hope we get the chance to go back again soon.

Australian Land Sailing Championships 2010

Last month the Australian Land Sailing Championships were held at Lake Walyungup in Rockingham WA. Craig and his Dad Murray competed against 20 sailors from around the country. It was an exciting event with Craig taking out second place overall only to be beaten by his Dad Murray.

On the first day Craig ripped two different sails while racing! I cannot believe he was able to finish the race with the sail this badly ripped!


After racing was over Jasmine really enjoyed playing with the flag markers.


A storm came in not long after racing was finished and Craig took this cool photo.

Chayce Tyler

I finally have gotten around to blogging about my little nephew Chayce Tyler. Born on the 1st January 2010 weighing in at 8lb 5oz. He is seriously so cute!!! A little model in the making and very good at posing for me.



6 weeks old and already has this much strength! I think he's going to be an early crawler.
