Our first wedding of the season was Michael and Lisa at Mounts Bay Sailing Club in Crawley. Michael and Lisa were such a fun couple who are going to be blessed with so much luck for their marriage as it was quite a wet start to the day! Luckily however the weather cleared up and it was a beautiful evening for their outdoor reception.

Their photographer Rebecca and Kirsten from Compose Photography did the amazing set ups for the day. Here are a few snapshots from their day.

Ian & Nichola - 9th April 2011

Nichola and Ian were our last wedding of the season. They were married last Saturday on the 9th April 2011. After the heat wave we had been having lately Nichola and Ian were so lucky with the weather, it was just perfect! The ceremony was held at Ian & Nic's backyard which was so beautiful and the reception was held at Indiana's in Cottesloe.

We were so thrilled to finally be working with the talented Lauren Wellington. She was responsible for all of these amazing set ups. It was so easy working with her as she is laid back and loves working with natural light. Lauren took the bridal party to Jackadder reserve and Kings Street for photographs, then back to Cottesloe beach for an amazing sunset.

It was such a gorgeous day guys, thank you for allowing us to be part of it and for being so easy going and fun. What a great way to end off a busy season.

Birth of Nate James Turner

At 12:25 am on 8th March 2011 weighing 3.8kg (8lb 6oz) Kristen and I (Craig) welcomed our son Nate James Turner into the world. We do thank everyone for their patience with the disruption in getting in touch with us, as we did take a couple of weeks off just to settle our new arrival in at home. However we are now back in action ;-)

For those who were wondering yes, of course a tribute video is in the making. We are going to put something together in our (now very limited) spare time which we will post on facebook and on our blog in coming months. Just a few pics for your interest:

Thomas & Cassandra - 6th March 2011

My last wedding that I videoed pregnant! Cassandra & Thomas were married on the 6th March 2011 at Basilica of St Patrick in Fremantle and their reception was held at the Burswood Casino. Couldn't ask for better weather for this beautiful couple, boiling hot days either side but perfect cool weather for the wedding day. This did wonders for my swollen feet.

The photographer Marcia Skinner from Marcia Skinner Photography took the bridal party to Cliff Street in Fremantle for these lovely set ups. Such a beautiful bride!

Thank you for choosing us to be part of your special day and I'm so glad that I didn't go into labour! I only just made it though, I went into labour 3pm the next day! Nothing like being on your feet for a few hours to stimulate contractions. Congratulations on your beautiful day.

Shannon & Carla - 14th January 2011

Our first wedding of 2011 was Shannon & Carla on the 14th January. They were so lucky with the weather! I think it was the only day that week that wasn't over 35 degrees. The ceremony was held at St Brigids Northbridge and the reception was held under a marquee at McCallum Park in Vic Park. Just beautiful over looking the Swan River.

Daniel & Bianca - 18th December 2010

Our last wedding of the year before our Christmas break was the lovely Bianca and Daniel on 18th December 2010. What a beautiful wedding to end on, such friendly family and friends.

The wedding was held at St Mary's Cathedral in Perth. Wow such a gorgeous church, we haven't been here since the renovations and it is just spectacular, one of the most beautiful churches in WA. The reception was held at Frasers in Kings Park on the observation deck.

The large bridal party attracted so much attention with the lovely bridesmaids individually designed dresses. It is so nice to see different colours, really makes the photos pop!

All of these set ups were courtesy of the talented Denise Teo who was the photographer of the day. How adorable are these flower girls???

Bianca and Daniel not only had a lovely wedding cake but they also had a gingerbread house! How cool is this?

Last Saturday was Anthony & Catherine's wedding. The ceremony and reception were both held in Mandurah with the ceremony held under this beautiful fig tree and the reception being at The Sebel, which I have never been to before. We were lucky enough to be part of Adam & Elizabeth's wedding down south in Pemberton last weekend. Such a beautiful location, I had never been to Karri Valley Resort before.

Unfortunately the rain was a bit of a pain but cleared up enough for the amazing Natasja from NK Photography to set up some lovely photos.

Adam & Elizabeth were so gorgeous together obviously very much in love. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your special day.

It was Craig and my 6 year anniversary on the 4^th of December so we decided to make a little holiday out of our stay. My parents, sister and nephew all came along. Here are a few holiday snaps.

A down south wedding!!! We love doing weddings in Margaret River / Dunsborough region, it is such a picturesque location. The ceremony was held in the Secret Garden and the reception was held at Flutes Restaurant in the Brookland Valley Estate.

Jess and Marty's wedding was held on Friday 22^nd October 2010, an awesome wedding date as it is the same as my parents who are still happily married :)

The ceremony was held at St John's Anglican church in Fremantle and the reception was held at the Indiana Restaurant in Cottesloe. Jess being a wedding planner herself made sure that everything ran smoothly and on time. I loved Jessica's details on the day, I especially loved the colour of the flowers and her blingy shoes! Very glam. Jessica's wedding ring was chosen and bought in South Aftica without her ever seeing it, by her romantic husband Marty. Jess saw it for the first time when Marty put it on her finger at the ceremony. A 5ct yellow diamond, wowee I nearly cried when I saw it!

The photographer Kim from Kim Grubb Photography took the bridal party around Fremantle for photographs. Jess and Marty are so photogenic they look so cute together!

Jessica had organised fireworks to the surprise and delight of all her guests, it was amazing to be so close to them.

At the reception Jess and Marty enjoyed their sparkling wine with edible gold flakes! So cool. This is something that I will have to try one day.

Greener Horizons - Wheatbelt farmers securing their future with tree crops

This corporate video which we just finished filming and editing, features five Western Australian Wheatbelt farmers telling the story of their journey in adopting a particular tree crop or tree crops.

Here is the intro clip for the video which explains what the rest of the video is about.

It has been really fun going to these remote locations, seeing how the farmers live. It was an eye opening experience and such beautiful places.

The farmers and their families were kind enough to let us into their homes, feed us and put a roof over our heads for the night. Here are some pictures that Craig took along the way and some good behind the scenes pictures too.

Esperance Lakes are Drowning!

We have recently had the pleasure of completing post production on the documentary “Wetland Wonderland – The story of the Lake Warden wetland system”. Produced & Directed by Serena Shaddick, the video looks into the threats to the Esperance wetland system. Featured is the impact that the last 100 years of land clearing in the area has had in causing excessive ground water levels which is flooding the lakes. This has resulted in an increasing loss of bird habitat and the drowning of the surrounding vegetation.

The film was arranged by the Esperance Regional Forum as a medium to engage the wider community and land owners. We are happy to hear the film has already received great community feedback. A big thank you to the talented actors we had the pleasure of working with recently who all managed to deliver a lengthy script direct to camera. We didn't even need to get the autocue out in the end.

The production was for a clever interactive training resource for educating Home & Community Care workers which was developed by Evolve Curriculum Development & Training,
with video components including location shots and “blue screen' video scenarios provided by us. This all coming together to create a memorable training package to engage viewers.

Aaron & Paula - 1st October 2010

Our first wedding back into the wedding season and boy what a wedding! I do believe this is the biggest and most grandest (is that a word???) wedding we have ever been a part of. The amazing Touched By Angels crew planned this whole event with Paula and Aaron and what a fabulous job they did. I remember standing at the ceremony marquee with my mouth hanging open. Chandeliers, flowers, it was just magical. I had the same reaction when I walked into the reception at Frasers at Kings Park. It was so well planned, no detail was spared.

To top it all off they arranged to have the Perth skyline come to life with a fireworks display off a barge in the swan river. They certainly created the wow factor with all the guests. I cannot wait to work with them again.

Paula and Aaron were such an easy couple to video, so laid back and in love, a dream couple to work with.

Erica Serena created these beautiful set ups in such a limited time, my hat went off to her that day, she was a machine! Check out her blog to see the professional pictures of the day, plus all the wonderful details of the ceremony and reception.

We are pregnant again!

Craig and I are thrilled to announce that we are pregnant with baby number 2! I am currently 18 weeks pregnant and due on the 17th March 2011. Thank you to all those who have given us their well wishes so far. We will be finding out the sex of the baby next week, so watch out for updates :)

Recently my gorgeous nephew Chayce (and now Godson) was baptised. Here are a few pics from the lovely, intimate day.

Chayce loved having the water poured over his head, he wanted to get in and have a swim!

Ru-Wen and Hung were married last Saturday 29th May 2010. Their wedding was the last of our wedding season and what a wedding to go out on! Ru-Wen looked gorgeous in her Vera Wang wedding dress, WOW!

The very talented Alana from Alana Blowfield Photography was the photographer for the day. I love her style of candid, elegant photography. It really makes our day easier when the photographer likes to make use of natural light. I look forward to seeing her professional pictures on her blog soon. I loved Ru-Wen's bridesmaids dresses, they looked like Greek goddesses, very elegant.

The wedding ceremony was held at UWA sunken gardens and the reception was held at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre. We were so lucky to have such beautiful weather all day long. Loved the Tiffany & Co wedding rings

Josh & Catriona 4th April 2010

Josh & Catriona were married on Easter Sunday at St Andrews in Subiaco and their reception was at Matilda Bay Restaurant in Crawley.

They did the new format of having the photo session first and then the ceremony after wards. What happens here is the bride and groom do what is called a "first look" at the beginning of the photo session. The groom has his back to the bride and she walks up to him and taps him on the shoulder. He turns around and that's when they first see each other, rather than at the ceremony. It is a great way to keep the guests entertained as there is no waiting around with the reception following very soon after the ceremony.

Michelle Dean was the photographer for the day with her husband Marty. Yet again we were priveleged enough to work with Cathrin and Jessica from CD Weddings. I absolutely loved the theme at the reception, the colours were gorgeous. I love working with Cathrin as the weddings she helps create are always unique, different and tailored to the couple's tastes.

Josh and Catriona decided to hire our photo booth for their wedding reception as well. For those that are new to the concept a photo booth is a stand alone set up where guests can come over and push a button and take their own happy snaps in front of a backdrop. It's a great way to get some fun and candid shots of friends and family for the bride and groom to keep. By having themselves take the photo it is great to see guests lose their inhibitions and have some fun. Clients receive all photos on disc so they can print out, email or upload pictures to facebook. Ricci and Lei were married on 21st March at the Guildford Grammar Chapel and their reception was held at Caversham House in the Swan Valley. The photographer Erica Serena set up these beautiful shots. Erica is a wonderful photographer always making use of natural light and beautiful colours.

I love this candid shot that Craig took.

The tall grass outside Caversham house worked well with the storm that was coming in that evening.

I especially love this set up of Erica's. Such a photogenic couple, it made our job very easy.

Melbourne Holiday Feb 2010

Last week we went on a family holiday to Melbourne. It was a great time for us to catch up with my extended family and for Jasmine to meet her Great Grandma for the first time. Here is my Grandma singing Greek nursery rhymes to Jasmine.

We were lucky enough to see the Chinese New Year display at the Crown Casino. It was pretty spectacular!

We went through a little maze while on top of Mt Dandenong. Here is my mum and Jasmine trying to find their way out!

Jasmine loved exploring all the sights and it was fun for us to see her experiencing it all. I hope we get the chance to go back again soon.

Australian Land Sailing Championships 2010

Last month the Australian Land Sailing Championships were held at Lake Walyungup in Rockingham WA. Craig and his Dad Murray competed against 20 sailors from around the country. It was an exciting event with Craig taking out second place overall only to be beaten by his Dad Murray.

On the first day Craig ripped two different sails while racing! I cannot believe he was able to finish the race with the sail this badly ripped!

After racing was over Jasmine really enjoyed playing with the flag markers.

A storm came in not long after racing was finished and Craig took this cool photo.

Chayce Tyler

I finally have gotten around to blogging about my little nephew Chayce Tyler. Born on the 1st January 2010 weighing in at 8lb 5oz. He is seriously so cute!!! A little model in the making and very good at posing for me.

6 weeks old and already has this much strength! I think he's going to be an early crawler.

Portait Shoot Rockingham

We were set a challenge, to shoot 9 cousins, both individual shots of each child and a group shot of the cousins together. We decided to go to Point Peron, Rockingham so the kids could play, be themselves and feel more relaxed in front of the camera. It was so much fun! The kids were so good and patient with us. Cara and Robert's wedding was last Friday at Saint John Paul Parish in Willetton and the reception was held at the Swan Yacht Club East Fremantle.

I loved these stick on's that Cara had on the bottom of her shoes! How cool are they??? Definitely a cool way to have something blue incorporated into your outfit.

The photographer Rob Watson from Selected Impressions set up some really cool shots on the day, like this one of the bride's brother Ryan doing some tricks on the skateboard.

Cara and Rob did a really awesome first dance. It was so good we had to put part of it up on our blog. Congratulations on a beautiful wedding guys.

Carol and Dion's wedding was held at Green Place Reserve in Mosman Park and the reception was at Maria's on the Terrace in Fremantle. Last weekend we shot Rebecca and Roy's wedding at Queens Gardens in East Perth and the Esplanade Hotel in Fremantle. What a fun, relaxed couple they were, it made the day so easy and enjoyable. Craig and I have developed a new service for our clients, it is called a photo booth. For those that are new to the concept a photo booth is a stand alone set up where guests can come over and push a button and take their own happy snaps in front of a backdrop. It's a great way to get some crazy, fun and candid shots of friends and family for the bride and groom to keep. By having themselves take the photo it is great to see guests lose their inhibitions and have some fun.

Rebecca and Roy were very keen to have this new service at their wedding and brought along a box of props for their guests to dress up with, this was a big hit! Clients receive all photos on disc so they can print out, email or upload pictures to facebook.

The first wedding of the season was on Sunday 27th September which was Silas and Penny's beautiful wedding day. It was an early start with the ceremony starting at 10am in the hidden gardens of Caversham House. We then went off to both Silas and Penny's parent's houses for the tea ceremonies and too much food! Craig and I ate so much that we needed to be rolled away! Absolutely delicious.

The very talented Craig from Cooper Photography did all of these wonderful set ups on the photo session. We went to Jetty Road in Claremont, UWA and Kings Park Scarp. Penny and Silas were very photogenic and made all of our jobs very easy. I just loved Penny's bouquet it was absolutely gorgeous.

I love this little moment that Penny and Silas had in the car together just before leaving the photo location. This picture is poorly framed but I just love this moment between them.

Yesterday we did a family video shoot for one of our past wedding clients Noel, Rainda and their gorgeous 9 month old son Ethan. We went to Kings Park for the shoot which was just lovely as the wildflower festival was on. We got some lovely footage of Rainda and Noel playing and reading to their son Ethan. Warren & Debbie's Wedding 2nd May 2009

We recently went down to the picturesque wedding destination of Dunsborough for Debbie and Warren's wedding held on the 2nd May 2009. The ceremony and reception was held in the backyard of Debbie's parents holiday home which is situated right on the beach. An absolute magic location.

Craig and I loved the beach theme that ran throughout the wedding day. From the colour of the bridesmaids dresses to the centerpieces and bonbonnaire.

Craig had the brilliant idea of setting up a photo booth for the couple, which was the hit of the night. Debbie and Warren along with the guests kept coming out to the booth and taking as many happy snaps as they possibly could. Craig and I recently had our beautiful little girl baptised at the Greek Orthodox Church, Evangelismos Tis Theotokou in West Perth. Jasmine behaved like a little angel and didn't cry even when she was washed in olive oil! The beautiful and amazing photographers Natasja from NK Photography and Jen from Anna Rose Photography were kind enough to photograph the experience for us. We are so blessed to have such beautiful and talented friends. Fires in Rockingham

For a small city it seems that Rockingham has had its fair share of natural threats lately. There was the tornado 8 months ago and more recently on Easter Sunday you may have heard the news of the fires. Fortunately no one was hurt in the deliberately started fires and peoples homes were saved.

Ivan and Indah 18th December 2008

Ivan and Indah's wedding was on Saturday the 18th December 2008 and was our last wedding for the year. I have to say what a wedding to end off on! No detail was overlooked on this beautiful occasion, the flowers, the decorations, everything was breathtaking including the stunning bride. It was such a beautiful moment when Ivan saw Indah coming down the aisle, we all had to hold back the tears.

After the ceremony in Subiaco, the bridal party and family headed to Burswood for the traditional tea ceremonies. What an amazing lunch we had afterwards at the Yu Restaurant, yummo we sure were spoilt!

Next we headed for a quick photo session at the Kings Park pine plantation and the blue boat shed on Mounts Bay Road. There were plenty of giggles as the amazing photographer David from Axioo kept everything happy and fun.

The reception was held on Matilda Bay foreshore in a marquee. It was one of the most beautiful set ups I have ever seen! The decorations, the food, the dessert. It looked like it was all out of a magazine, wow! What an amazing job Cathrin from CD Weddings did to organise such a day. This wedding was the first time I have ever seen belly dancers do a floor show and it certainly got the crowd going, what a fantastic way to open up the dance floor.

We are parents!!! -The birth of Jasmine Grace

This is our beautiful little baby girl Jasmine Grace Turner born on the 7th of November 2008 at Rockingham General Hospital weighing 3.18kg (7 pounds) She arrived at 11.39am after 9 hours of labour. We are all doing very well and Kristen is even back to filming weddings! Thank you all for your well wishes and support, it is most appreciated.

Well this is news that has managed to evade our blog up until now as we were waiting to see how it panned out exactly. Craig was excited to recently have been short listed as a potential host of the motoring TV program “Top Gear Australia”
The SBS incarnation of the popular BBC motoring program ran an open casting call in a search to un-earth new talent to fill the Australian Equivalent roles of Clarkson, Hammond and May (hosts of the popular UK Top Gear) The nation wide call out resulted in over 4000 video applications Australia wide.

Although unsuccessful at making the final cut, Craig was honored to be one of the few shortlisted to meet with the shows producers and to been one of the youngest to be considered for the role.
The application consisted of written and video components and as some of you may know Craig and I were over the moon last year to win a business class trip to London for our Top Gear Competition video clip entry. Once the producers had reviewed this they contacted Craig early in the process and kept in regular contact to ensure he was applying.

Everything worked out for best in the end as shortly after Craig's interview we were delighted to find out that I was pregnant with a baby girl. The shows producers said if successful it would have required a lot of time away from home and a possibly a move to Sydney which would have have been very difficult with a baby on the way.

For those unfamiliar with our original top gear video and London trip I have posted the video below.
The previous competition called for viewers to discuss their own car in a “top gear” style manner so I filmed Craig taking a “tongue and cheek” look at our 1975 Chrysler Galant. This video won via a public vote! This laid the early foundation for what later became his audition video.

Our business class tickets to London last year represented a fantastic opportunity to see some of Europe so we ended up taking a few weeks off and with my sister and brother in law, we visited the UK (London, Greenwich and Bath) France (Paris), Italy (Rome, The Vatican City) and Greece (Athens, Larissa, Nei Pori and Platamonis) where we caught up with relations.
We had the time of our lives.

Linda made a stunning bride, I just absolutely loved her dress, it was very Audrey Hepburn. Then I saw her Gucci shoes! Great taste and she looked just gorgeous.

Kirsten from Compose photography took the bridal party to East Perth and Burswood for photographs. Andy and Linda were so photogenic it made our job very easy. I love this picture it looks like a Tony Barlow advertisement!

This picture makes me laugh, we were all getting a shot of the wedding rings, it looks like Andy and Linda are superstars and we're the paparazzi!

How cool is this wedding cake? I loved the little figurines on it. The little groom (which you can't see in the photo) is ignoring the bride while talking on his phone! Priceless!

Jeff and Justine's wedding was on Saturday the 18th October 2008 held at the beautiful Cottesloe Civic Centre and reception held at the Claremont Yacht Club. Jeff and Justine had the traditional tea ceremonies in the morning where poor Jeff was made to endure some pretty difficult tasks to get to his bride. He was such a good sport that he ended up with lipstick on his face and was still laughing! Jeff I also loved your MC Hammer dance, it was FANTASTIC!

Jeff, Justine and their bridal party were so much fun, the whole photo session was spent laughing. Robyn and Amy from Robyn Cusack Photography took the bridal party to quite a few different locations including the foreshore and some cool alley ways in Claremont.

I absolutely loved Jeff & Justine's wedding cupcakes. They seriously tasted as yummy as they looked. It was certainly a treat for the drive home.

Mark and Brenda's wedding was on Saturday the 11th October 2008 and what a beautiful wedding it was. The ceremony was held at St Mary's Catholic Church in Leederville and the reception was held at the Parmelia Hilton, Perth

Brenda is such a striking, beautiful woman, she just shone in front of the camera. She made our job very easy. After the simple but beautiful ceremony, the photographers, Chevaughn and David from Portraits of Love, took the bridal party to UWA for photos. Mark and Brenda are such fun and friendly people that the day just went so fast. It turns out that Mark and Craig went to the same high school but were in different grades!

I love this photo, it looks like Mark and Brenda were celebrities and we were the paparazzi hounding them, well to us they were celebrities!

I absolutely loved Mark & Brenda's wedding cake, made by Kakes By Karen. It was designed around Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes' wedding cake with a few minor changes. Wow what an amazing cake and Brenda was nice enough to organise for us to take some home! It was just as yummy as it looked.

David and Nichola 28th September 2008

David and Nichola's wedding was on Sunday the 28th September 2008 and kicked off the beginning of the wedding season for us. The ceremony and reception was held at a private estate in the beautiful Margaret River. We love videoing weddings down south as the locations are so lush and new to us. The weather was absolutely gorgeous, the cloud Gods certainly smiled upon them.

Craig and I were absolutely thrilled to work with Cathrin D'Entremont from CD Weddings again, she is so much fun and makes everyone feel at ease. We just love working with a wedding planner as it makes the wedding day so much smoother and easier. Cathrin handled everything that went on during the day. Having her there meant David and Nichola could enjoy their day without being interrupted by any problems or questions that arose.

After the emotionally charged ceremony, the photographers Stephen and Ros Blakeney took the bridal party to a winery, the beach and this gorgeous Greek Orthodox Church for photos. Nichola is one of the most photogenic brides I have ever seen, she has amazing eyes that just light up when she smiles, David could not stop staring at her the whole day and you couldn't blame him!

Access31 is a major platform for Western Australian's getting a start in the Film and Television industry and for the community to access the Television medium, now it's future is in doubt. With 42% of households receiving digital TV, Access 31s audiences are being eroded to the point that business may no longer be sustainable.

All free-to-air TV networks except for community television were provided access to digital spectrum and significant Government funding to make their transition to digital.

Without access to the digital spectrum access31 will be off the air by the 27^th of June (this month!).

Recently Craig and I were invited to the gorgeous Villa Kula owned by Karl and Vanessa for a fun suppliers get together. Villa Kula hire out and decorate luxury tents for weddings and events and have put on events for celebrities around the world. We were so spoilt by the amazing feast that Karl and Vanessa cooked for us, I am way too embarrassed to invite them over here for tea! Gourmet to the max!

It was Des' birthday the day after so as soon as midnight hit the ultra organised Cathrin came out with a little cake and candle. How cute!

Fitzgerald River National Park - Film Shoot

With our weddings winding down for the season, Kristen and I were recently asked to shoot a film to promote the significance of the biodiversity in the Fitzgerald River National park and the threat from Phytophthora dieback attacking it.

The Fitzgerald River National Park is located about half way between Albany and Esperance. As proud west Aussies we jumped at the opportunity to visit and creatively capture some of Western Australia's backyard. Also to promote the protection of the area which we are now aware is one Australia's and the worlds natural treasures.

So what is Phytophthora dieback? Phytophthora dieback (pronounced Fy-toff-thora - meaning plant destroyer in Greek) is caused by a micro-organism called Phytophthora cinnamomi, which was introduced into Australia more than 100 years ago. Dieback affects 40% of south western Australia’s native flora species, especially the banksias, heaths, peas, and myrtles. Many of our plants across the south west which exist nowhere else in the world are seriously threatened and face extinction from this disease, and there is currently no known cure!

After almost 3000km of travel to and around the park we were able to visit and shoot some amazing areas that we never even knew were in W.A.

This is one of many plants that aren't found anywhere else on the planet. This unusual plant is the Royal Hakea.

Tim and Alex Trailer

We videoed Tim and Alex's wedding back on the 19^th of April this year and they had recently contacted us about producing a wedding trailer for them. Sonja and Tristan 3rd May 2008

Tristan and Sonja's wedding was held at St Joseph's in Subiaco and the reception was held at The New Maritime Museum, Fremantle. The hair and makeup team were Nicole Forde, Trish from Bridal Classics and Sonja’s own hairdresser

Sonja and Tristan are such a gorgeous couple. You could not wipe the smile off their faces during the ceremony, they were both so blissfully happy. It was so sweet to see.

Jen from Anna Rose Photography was the awesome photographer for the day and set up some great shots at King's Park, Bicton Beach and Cliff St in Fremantle. It never ceases to amaze me the absolutely breathtaking photos Jennifer takes at every wedding, as you can see from all of her photos here.

Sonja and Tristan we are really looking forward to editing your wedding, with our new camera footage, we are very excited! Thank you for allowing us to be part of your special day, have a lovely honeymoon.

Tim and Alex 19th April 2008

Tim and Alex's wedding ceremony was held at St Patrick's in Fremantle and the reception was held at The Red Herring in East Fremantle (yum yum great food!)

The weather was a bit cold for everyone but that could not wipe the smile off of this couple's face! They looked so happy and in love, it was just beautiful to see.

Des from Des Birt Photography was the awesome photographer for the day and set up some great shots in Fremantle. Alex and Tim charted a boat to take them from the photo session to the reception. It was so cool how they arrived, definitely created that wow factor with their guests.

Alex performed a beautiful song for Tim during the reception which brought a tear to many guests eyes. Together Alex and Tim performed a really fun and energetic bridal waltz which got the crowd clapping and cheering along.

Alex and Tim you had such a unique wedding it was so fantastic to be part of. Thank you for

choosing us as your wedding videographer.

John and Emma 12th April 2008

John and Emma's wedding was held at St Patrick's Basilica in Fremantle and the reception was held at Matilda Bay Restaurant in Crawley

I have to say Emma wore one of the most beautiful and intricate wedding dresses I have ever seen. The detail and embroidery on the bodice was just amazing and to see it sparkle in the sun was breathtaking. It was so lovely to see a beautiful bride in pink. The dress was made by Allure Couture.

Jen from Anna Rose Photography was the awesome photographer for the day and set up some great shots at UWA, King's Park and the foreshore in Crawley. She kept the group energetic and fun and was just a breeze to work with. She takes absolutely breathtaking photos as you can see on our blog here. John and Emma were such a fun and photogenic couple the day was such a breeze. I cannot wait to see the footage of Emma and her gorgeous veil at UWA, you know which shot I'm talking about Emma ;)

IINet 1000 hour Day Expedition

Kristen and I recently had the privilege of being asked by iinet to shoot a short promotional video for the iinet “1000 Hour Day Expedition” website. This to promote the educational resources available to schools on the site.

Whats the expedition all about? In 2005 young Australian adventures Chris Bray and Clark Carter took on the challenge to travel unsupported across Victoria Island, the world's ninth largest and largely unexplored island. After 58 days of hauling, paddling and dragging 250kgs of gear behind them in their home-made aluminium kayaks with fold-down wheels, they were only 1/3 the way across!

Experiencing an incredible adventure including wolves, polar bears, artefact's, blizzards and unseen landscapes - they vowed to return to complete their journey. After two years of planning and the backing of iinet as a major sponsor, the “iiNet 1000 Hour Day Expedition” is shaping up for May 2008.

For all the photographers stopping by, Chris is also a talented wilderness and wildlife photographer and for the expedition Canon have agreed to sponsor him with $15,000 worth of equipment. Arriving in the mail for him the other day included a Canon EOS-1D Mark III and a hole bunch of accessories to match. Lucky bugger.

Its great to see iinet behind the expedition and the 1000 Hour Day website looks great. You can also keep track of Chris and Clark's position when they set off through the site as they will be carrying a Personal Location Device which will beam back their position to the site here via satellite every few hours.
